Hello to you all,
We are a Vancouver based production company currently in the early stages of productions on our CBC commissioned documentary about Marriage and Immigration. This documentary examines the process Canadian citizens go through to bring in a fiancee-or wife/husband to Canada. It also looks at the challenges that come with this task and the requirement for many to marry before bringing their loved on here. It looks at the pros and cons of the current system. We are interested in interviewing and following the stories of different people in this circumstance.
If you are sponsoring your loved one from another country.
If you are trying to get your loved on to Canada via a visitor visa or fiancee visa.
If you have sponsored someones and been abandoned by them upon arrival
If immigration is giving you a very difficult time with sponsoring your spouse.
We want to hear from you. We understand these situations can be emotional, difficult and challenging and we are taking great care in respecting intertested individuals privacy and situation.
