Temp housing

Subject: Temp housing
 
I am landing in Toronto soon and would like to know if anyone has experience with temporary housing. Most apartments rentals I have contacted are asking for canadian credit history, which I currently do not have. I will be happy with a good, not expensive hotel with wireless connection, for a couple of weeks until I find definitive housing.
