My AOR was dec 2003. since then I have received nothing from CHC NEW DELHI, except a letter last month saying my application has been refused, because I didn´t updated docs for their email request for updating documents sometime in last year 08.
I have tried to contact them through fax, postal letters, but they aren´t replying yet.
Is it possible if I could go and talk to them personally at CHC. Also some friends have told me to put up a case, and is it true that a case has to be filed within some period of receiving their refusal letter?
what should i do
Please advise.

I guess the question is... why did you not respond to their request back in 08. It would appear they gave you sufficient time to reply. They will not likely reply - your file has been closed and there is no basis for an appeal. I am afraid your only option is to file a new application.

-Did you provid an Email adress in your application?
-if you did, means you agree with the conditions of Email comunication.
-When you open an Email account and you accept the condition terms, means that you agree that yahoo or msn or ...ets empty your mail box if you didn t log in within 3 months.
