Thank you for replying.I want to ask another question about my girl friend.She with her family is staying illegal in Holland.I hope to get Canadian visa under skilled worker category in the mid of 2009.i want to know how to sponsor her as a spouse after i land in Canada?Does she has to go back to her home country and then apply from there or she can apply from Holland(i.e Germany as Canadian High Commission in Berlin deals with Holland related cases)?
I shall be thankful for a detailed reply.

Did you include your wife in your application?
If you did, once you are approved your wife should be able to immigrate along with you.
If you didn´t include her, you could be charged FOR misrepresentation and you will NEVER be able to sponsor your wife EVER!

if I am reading correctly, she is currently your girlfriend... right?
if the above is true, after you are landed you will have to establish co-habitation for 1 year or get married inorder to sponsor your wife. Her legal or illegal status in Holland really makes no difference to Canada. However, she may have a problem getting security clearances etc from Holland without triggering a possible deportation.
if you are currently married to this person... Bill´s comments are 100% correct - you must list her in your current application, even if she does not intend to immigrate at this time.
