Subject: Explaining my previous question
Let me elaborate my question.she is only girlfriend at the moment and i plan to marry her later. i am thinking to go to Canada first ,come back for a while and then marry her and declare her as my wife.in other words i want to ask that a permanent resident of Canada or a landed immigrant can marry and sponsor a woman who is living illegal in Holland? If yes then it should be from Holland or her home country?

you would be better off using her birth country for immigration because CIC could ask her to appear for an interview. If going home is an issue... well, you have a new problem to add to your mix.

Also, to sponsor her you will need to be residing in Canada and employed. There is no minimum income but you must show you are working.
