Hi,
I had applied for the canadian immigration through a consultancy from Sharjah in May 2008. In July 2008, i was informed by the agent that my case has been accepted by CHC London and that I will receive my case number shortly. In September, I resigned my job and left for my home country, India,where I am currently working and staying. Can anyone please let me know the status of my application? I was told by my agent that I since my case was accepted by the CHC, I can continue with the immigration process from india.

Hi,
I had applied for canada in 2007 through a consultancy from dubai and my file has been opened. After two years they informed me that I have to submit all my papers which I could not do due to my health problems and the canadian commissioner lately refused my case due to non submission of papers. I went to the consultancy and they said you have to forget about going canada,now rules are changed and we cant resubmit your case and also you will not get back any money back wherein I had paid Dhs.9000. I want to know have they paid any amount paid in advance before opening the file. Please anyone can help me in this regard and I just want to know have they paid any money
