Which part of Canada or maybe exact place you would suggest to move for people with small children. We want to live in not very big city in nice, safe community, place located within short distance to some national parks

at the other end of the country, consider Edmonton, Calgary or Kelowna.

How about Halifax, Victoria, with traditional culture resource, especially Vancouver Island, most beautiful place on the earth, with Pacific Rim National Park and Mt.Washington skiing resource

If you ask me:: I´d say BC has some nice cities. Victoria is nice but you can get Tsunamis there. They most beutiful in Canada is Quebec City but they are really something else when it comes to language and also is cold as hell. There are many small nice places like LOndon, Ontario, Hamilton, Ont.etc.
I like Nelson in BC but I don´t know much about job opportunities there.
MY favourite province is Quebec but I would not live there is too cold.

Come to Ottawa. Although Ottawa is cold, there are a lot of beautiful parks and beach. Also Ottawa is a very safe place to live, compare to Toronto or Vancouver. I think it´s very good environment for children. In addition, Ottawa is a smoking free city.
