| Subject: Please, is this true about (LMO based) Work Permit |

My company lawyer processed my work permit for me which is valid for another 2 years.
The lawyer says this work permit is only valid for my current level, it becomes invalid once Im promoted to the next level.
This is not part of the conditions stated on the work permit.
Please, can this be true?,

The work permit is valid for what the LMO letter says the occupation is!
Do not panic!
If the employer decides to promote you before they promote you have the employer seek out a LMO for the new position.
