Subject: pull out my application from CIC
Hi! i would like to ask if theres anyone whho knows the correct format on writing a letter to the CIC. My application was sent by my recruitment agency here in the Philippines last November ´08. I am applying for a working visa. However, its been almost 4months and still have not received my visa.According to my agency, there has been some delays because of the renewal OF LMO(Labor Market Opinion) from Alberta which would mean causing more delays. I have lost my patience and decided to pull out my application because I am going to apply to another country to work as a nurse. But I dont know how to write a letter and to whom I should address it for me to have my passport and all my original documents back. Please help me.I need my documents soon because I might be interviewed by another employer anytime this month. Thanx

Since you use a recruitment agency, why don´t you ask them? I´m sure they know how to do it
