| Subject: illegal in USA wants to immigrate to canada |

i entered USA legally in 2004 for grad school on F-1 visa. for unseen circumstances i had to drop out of the college after 15 months and since have been living in the USA illegally.now i have learned some french and points add up for me to immigrate to canada on skilled immigration quota. but i am not sure if i can immigrate to canada from here US because i am living here illegally. if anyone have any knowledge on this matter your help will be greatly appreciated.

You would need to apply through your home country as you are not legal in the US.

Since you entered US with a visa validity of one year or more, you can apply for Canadian PR through Buffalo. French points will only be awarded if you can prove the proficiency claimed by takine TEF.
