Hi
CIC has received medicals for all members of my family except my one child.
What should I do? Is there a way to track or contact Ottawa? I am really worried.

How come u know that they haven´t received medicals for ur child? Did u get any letter from them? Check with doctor´s office where u did ur medicals. Anyways, their Ottawa Medical Center ph# is (613)941-2170 and contact person is Ms Sophie. Leave ur file #, name, question and return call # on her voice mail.
