I am getting married with Canadain (on PR). He is planning to sponsor me and therefore will send my file from India. my question is,
1) Is it necessary for my husband to live physically in Canada at the time of sending my application ? since he is planning to apply for my PR from India and then spend some time with relatives in India.
2) is it okay, if he send my file from India and then live there for 1-2 months and come back to Canada and resume his job?
please advice
