Hi Roy and Sharon, hope arrival of spring has brought more happiness to your lives.
i have a question, i may be applying this May after completing my one year in Canada as a international student, I qualify with the point system, but concern about the time it would take at Buffalo office,
could someone enlighten me with the time it is taking for applications applied after February 27, 2008,under the new rules.

nobody really knows. they are saying a year but that is once the new system is fully functioning and all the files that were on hold are caught up.
