| Subject: immigration arrest warrant |

I have doubts on this matter, A good friend of mine got refused his refugee claim, he applied for PRRA and was refused again.
When the CIC sent him the letter to be present in TO, he got scared, his lawyer told him he was about to be removed, and he have to present himself before the CIC.
Then my friend decided to runaway from TO, he says he got friends in England, but he needs some time to make money enough to move to England and make the refugee claim there.
He is so afraid to go back to Mexico, he probably have some good reasons for that.
Anyways, he is my friend and not my business what´s happening in Mexico, but he asked me if he goes to the airport in order to go to England, will he runs any risks?
I mean, do you think He an His family could be arrested and deported to Mexico, or going to jail here in Canada?
I don´t think so, but I do not know the immigration law...
Can anyone throw some light on this?

Very very likely they have him on the watch lists and such. But since he is on his way out of the country, what could they possibly do? Bring him back into town and force him to live the rest of his life in Canada? Unlikely, they may tap him on shoulder and give him a couple hundred bucks and say don´t return.... :)

Does that means, he and his family are free to go?
´Cos I don´t want to worry the guy, I´ve heard in the US illegals are charged, fined or suffered incarceration...

Lack of Identity is a reason for detention yet CBSA does not possess this families Passports!!! Why?

I don´t get it some will do anything to not go home.
He and his family (how many) who went underground here has decided not to stay in Canada illegally but to fly to UK to make yet another refugee claim on a flight that is not a direct flight to the UK. Have fun selling that story based on arrival times.
Enjoy your flight but the odds are you will end up in the same predicament.
When the game is over and you have (lost) it is normally better to give up.

IF your friend has visa to go in an other country,that immigration there in border can not do nothing but will let him go(transit visa is not good).beffore apply for PRRA your friend did get a letter from immigration which tell to him if hi want to live the country to an other country he need a visa
Now if he will try to live the country illegaly with fake passaport or fake visa, you know how it is ,it is gambling my friend
if they will find him they will send him back home, I do not think there will be jail

oh well I do not think this guy can get any fake documents, this is Not Mexico, I haven´t seen any Illegal Visas business in Calgary ha ha.
In any case, without a visa I think he cannot go anywhere without a visa, but I will suggest him to go to any country he needs no Visa.
Anyways, Mexicans need no visa to come her as tourists...
I will tell the Guy to go, I do not think either he will be arrested, they supposed to want him out.
