| Subject: Passports request and what next |

Today I got request for Passports and for fee pay
It is 4 of us : me, my wife and 2 children.
Children are both - Us and Polish citizens - which passport do I send?
Also for residence fee - what is the fee and How do I pay this?
Another issue - my wife is pregnant - 2 month - what happens if she delivers here in USA ?
And generally what is the time frame form visa stamp to to the time I have to enter Canada
Please anybody answer me those questions
