First of all I would like to thank you for your nice and honest reply to all my previous queries. This time I have another query:
I have submitted all my papers with proof of funds in Jan 2009. My consultant told me that Medical Request would come by May 2009 end.
One of close friend has recently moved to canada on PR. He is telling me that If i get a job offer from Canadian firm this will speed up my immigration process. My friend on my personal request is going to register new company , then he will issue me job offer on his new company´s letter head.
My query is:
(a) Will the job offer at this stage would expedite my case
(b) This job should will be on the Letter head of the company, this will be HRSDC approved. Will it going to benefit me in speeding the case.
(c) Is there any chance that this job offer could put negative affect on my case.
(d) Should I tell my friend to get the company register and issue me JOb offer on the company´t letter head.
Is this the right direction to put efforts into or I should not do this at this stage of processing of my case.
Please give your special comments and advise on this.

One Correction in above query..
The job offer will not be HRSDC approved. I will send the job offer on the letter head of the new compnay to CHC.

I received a job offer after I heard the approval and medicals request. However, I still had to send a notarized copy of the offer to the center. I received the final approval three motnhs after the medicals indicating that it did not impact the processing. Therefore, I didn´t feel that the offer affects the processing of my application if received after the medicals request. I think you still need to send it as it might shorten the security check.

I don´t recommend using bogus job offers. This may just jeopardize the whole thing.

i agree with Landed, if you got this far you shouldn´t do anything stupid and screw the case. i´m not an expert, but i don´t think anything would speed the security check cos it´a a matter of security and safety and it depends on how fast they collect and verify the info
just be patient and do things the right way

As far as the security check is concerned, I am already H1B visa holder working in USA. Above that i sen ty PCC/ FBI finger print report from USA from CHC.
Will that ease the job of CHC to faster the security check procedure and do tha need full.

I thought cases processed in the US are generally faster. But I´m not sure if FBI finger prints will have any impact as this is a basic requirement for every US applicant.
It looks like you have reasons to land fast. If there is any reason you may need to let CIC know.
Not sure if that helped but in my case, I was laid off by my US employer due to company down sizing when the crisis hit, and let CIC know about it. Afterward my case went faster than I was expecting. But that was before medicals and background check. I am not sure if it helped to write them but I don´t think it hursts to tell them why you need your application processed faster.
But of course it´s up to you to decide how to proceed.

I have not applied from US, I applied from INDIA in june 2004. When i submitted my Proof of funds with Update documents in Jan 2009, my consultant told me that I should expect the medical request by May, but recently I had a talk with him and now he is saying that Medical Request might take Sep - OCt time frame.
I am some what gettign inpatient that the CHC is slowly processing. On the other side my employer might send me to India, so the reason of being looking for so many options is not to go back to india right now.
Please share what other options could be there to leverage in this situation.
Please let me know if you need any information from me to enable you to give clear advise.
