| Subject: working visa received, project closes |
please help! myt husband received his temporary working visa but unfortunately, their company´s project got on hold. would it be possible to use his visa to a different employer?

No.You can only use your working visa to the employer that stated on your contract.You should re-apply for another working visa if you plan to get a new employer.

Regardless of the project being canceled the work permit is still valid.
Now if he is here he needs to find another employer with a LMO and just switch employers.
Many even on arrival or the day of arrival finds out the company has gone under is irrelevant to the issuance of the work permit. The company must meet the terms of any contract.
I suggest you just switch employers.
