Hi Everyone,
Last year during my stay in Canada, In Oct 2008 I applied for permanent resident (under federal skilled category) in Buffalo office. Application fees has been debited from my Canadian bank account & I got application file no in Feb 2009. Till Feb 2009, I was in Canada.
Now, I have left Canada & living in New Delhi, India. Regarding my application, I have following questions.
1) If I would change my communication address (which is in India) in my application file then would CIC transfer my application file to New Delhi consulate?
2) If (fortunately), my application file would not transfer, then how would I complete medical in India?
I know you people are doing very good job. Thank you very much for all your time & help.
