Subject: husband had exclusion order/need permit res. visa
  my husband is still over in ireland and i am a canadian citizen. we have been together for the past year and 2 years ago he was issued an exclusion order and now we want to live our life in canada, is this going to be a problem with his per. residents visa????? we are in the works of applying for our sponsership and really don´t want to file if this is an issue??? please help any advise would be great

Highly unlikely not unless he did not get an exclusion order for misrepresentation which would of been a two year exclusion.

If it was a simple overstay or working without authorization he is fine.

Be sure to prove your relationship very well.
