Subject: husband had exclusion order/need permit res. visa |

my husband is still over in ireland and i am a canadian citizen. we have been together for the past year and 2 years ago he was issued an exclusion order and now we want to live our life in canada, is this going to be a problem with his per. residents visa????? we are in the works of applying for our sponsership and really don´t want to file if this is an issue??? please help any advise would be great

(in reply to: husband had exclusion order/need permit res. visa) Highly unlikely not unless he did not get an exclusion order for misrepresentation which would of been a two year exclusion.
If it was a simple overstay or working without authorization he is fine.
Be sure to prove your relationship very well.
