Hello:
I am currently working in Toronto on my 1 year Post Graduate Work permit. My employer has agreed to go ahead with the Arranged Employment, and I am currently in the process of gathering the documents. My employer may file for AEO within next 2 months. My work permit is expiring in Sept 09.
How long does it take to receive AEO from HRSDC supposing my employer files for AEO on June 01, 2009?
I plan to submit my FSW application after receiving AEO. Is this the right strategy or I should go ahead and submit my application now, and then later add AEO documents. I do not have 67 points without AEO.
Please answer my questions. I am very worried about my case.
Also, I have a job offer from an employer in Saskatchewan. He is ready to support my SINP application for skilled workers. I do have 35 points for the SINP right now.
Can I/ Should I run my SINP application parallel to my FSW application.
Please answer my questions.
