| Subject: how to acquire a canadian visa |
hi there,
i am a Ugandan student yet to complete my first degree in Malaysia and was hoping to transfer for a masters program in Canada and the possibly stay there permanently. how do i go about this problem

You are going to want to find a school that will accept you to continue your masters. Once you are accepted in a school, you will need to obtain a student visa. This won´t be too difficult if you have been accepted by a University.
Once you are here, you would want to look at the possibility of applying under the Canadian Experience Class or perhaps as a FSW depending on what you are studying and if this falls under the 38 NOC codes.
