| Subject: 38 list after a month confirmation letter received |

I had received my Confirmation letter in October 31, 2008 from Canadian Embassy stating if I still want to pursue my FSW immigrant application, applied in May 2005 (With my wife and my 2 sons). I immediately replied and said YES. After a month, list of 38 professions was announced but my profession was not on the list. Im presently working as Risk Engineer in Insurance industry in Philippines for almost 7 years now, had more than 10 years background in the construction industry prior to my present profession. Graduated BS Civil Enginnering. Pls. help. Salamat po

there is nothing to help. Your file will continue to be processed but unfortunately, it will be very slow as the 38 list will take priority.
your only option is to get a job offer to move things forward more quickly. sorry that there is not more that can be done.
