Subject: Appeals...Live In Caregiver work permit denied!! |

I want to hire a friend as my live in nanny from Eastern Europe. She had a 4 year university degree in Language Studies and teaching children. She did several unpaid co-ops in her county with children. She has high school and is fluent in English. She did provide course transcripts which detailed some of the courses like child development etc...and her application was denied. I thought a candidate needed 6 months schooling or 1 years paid experience. Her university was 4 years. How does she go about appealing this at the Moscow embassy or is it a done deal once it is denied???

(in reply to: Appeals...Live In Caregiver work permit denied!!) She doesn´t. Decision is final. She would have to re-apply again.
Make sure that she has enough documentation to change the officer´s decision otherwise, she will get rejected again.
Cheers,
Bill
