Dear administrator,

I fully agree with your saying.

I´ve a suggestion here - I´ve been visiting this forum since long and I´ve observed so many questions unanswered! Nobody seems interesting in replying. We would really be obliged if you answer those questions and initiate the thread.

I understand your limitations, too.

Sunrup, as much as I would like to with my limited knowledge in this field I can´t and it would not be fair to just answer and not provide correct answer. There would be no point. I do answer some questions - those that I know but that is the end. I am learning more every day and hopefuly one day I will be able to provide more useful answers. Until then we have to rely on other people who are willing to help.

Dear All , i was in big torouble , i had submitted my application to cic on 9th June -2010 under 9212 catagory and now the categotu is not there in tne occupation list (NOC) , and on 13 th August , i got the reply from department , they send back me all the documnets for following reason.

1) your application fee was not sufficiant (its my mistke , because i want to migrate with my family to canada and by mistake , i had send dd for only 550$ CAD , insted of 1250$)there is no other query

now what? i will be thankful to you if you can reply my following questions

1) can i send my Application again with 2 deamnd drafts ,(one is existiing with me and second new for my wife and my kid i.e 700$)

2) will they consider my application under old rule or new

please reply if possible

if the entire application came back to you, incomplete - which it is... there is no application at CIC. Your application will be processed under the rules which apply on the day they accept your application as complete and ready for processing.

Short answer - I am sure.
