A real trouble with determining the NOC category

Good Morning/evening everybody
Right now I am planning to apply my application to immigration under the Skilled workers category. My job can be identified in serveral titles such as a Lan Manager , Lan Administrator, Network Administrator, System administrator ?.etc.
First when the cic.gc.ca announce the jobs list I was confident that my specialization is not existed because they had only asked for Computer and Information Systems Managers and its not not related to my career but when I visit the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada here
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0213
to check the example titles then I found " view all titles " tab here
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ViewAllTitlesQuickSearch.aspx?val=0&val1=0213&val65=0213
and the surprise schocked me my job existed " computer networks manager "
next, I saw the " Classified elsewhere " tab to find this
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2281&val65=0213
which is the nearst describe for my work but I think that they did not prompt this job title. The broblem is they had a different Classification Structure. The first is zero and the second is two. Can I apply under the first classification type meaning that I saw my job mentioned there ?? How can this affects on the status of my application ?? & where is exactly my job belong to the first Classification Structure or the first or the second ??

kind regards
Hazem

Your job is described by the main duties and your employers letter describing your position.

Hazem, you have to choose the nearest classification based on your main duties and responsibilities. Sometimes the NOC code describes your type of work or position but your job descriptions or your main duties does not correspond with the NOC as you claimed then the visa officer´s evaluating your application will most likely discredit your claim.

Roy is correct, remember the immigration officer will assume that the applicant might have an error with the entry of their NOC so this will be cleared by reviewing you main duties and responsibilities given by your previous employer of current employer.

Hazem,

if the first qualification best describe your job based on your main duties and responsibilties then you may use the first and of course you are qualified to apply but that doesn´t guarantee the approval of your application.... It will still go through the point system....
