Hi,
I want to check if someone´s PR visa got refused then how soon the person can reapply for the same with most possible options. Does it require to wait for 6 months or immediately person can reapply. Pls suggest me, I really need your inputs.

Hi,
I need somebody who can hepl me with my situation..I was refused by The CIC in Canada..and then instructed to go home instead and re apply again here in the Phil. I´am applying for a Temporary work permit..is there still any chance if I will be given another Visa? I actually had a violation which is not my fault it is my employers fault and voluntarily exit Canada. I´am a bread winner anf reallt wanted to go back to work again, I wonder if CIC Manila will forgive me..thanks..Godbless.I hope somebody can help me..

Thanks for your reply.
The PR got rejected due to lack of documentation supported with reference to exp. The person is eligible and now ready to submit all relevent documents with regard to experince. But as just received the refusal letter by the embassy, I need to know when i can approach back.

Can you get your ex-employer to put in writing that the violation is not your fault? Or do you have proof that it is not your fault? If you do, attached it with your new application with your explanation ... it helps.

Hi Pal,
Thanks for your prompt response.
He has got the AEO approved also. he had also attached AEO wen embassy asked for experince letters. Moreover, he received the info from embassy that he should submit the medicals also. Just packing was left and one fine day he got this refusal letter. He was in process from 2 yrs. He got good links in Canada. Bt embassy refused his case.

Get your friend to write to the Canadian embassy of high commission for a DETAILED reason if he hasn´t received it already. If the reason is sound, he can only re-apply and do a better application next time. If not, he can try to challenge it. I know someone who challenged a decision and was successful. It has to do with points allocation.

Hello everyone,
my visa has been refused 2 times on the following grounds mentioned by the visa officer at canadian high commission
1- Not satisfied that i would depart from canada after completing your proposed studies
Can anybody give me advice as to how can i satisfy the visa officer that i will come back, as that is my intention. But how do i prove my intention to the visa officer??? I really dont know what to do. I really want to apply again for a study visa but i dont know how to make the visa officer think differently about my situation( that i will return to pak after i finish my studies, as thats my intention).
How can i prove this point to the visa officer .????
All my parents live with me in india ?????
Please help!!!

MY VISA GOT REJECTED IN AUGUST 2008 WITH AN AEO.
NOW,I COUDN´T GET AN AEO.
I APPLIED IN SALES AND MARKETING BUT IN 38 CATEGORIES THIS WILL NOT WORK.
ONLY FOR THIS REASON,I HAVE CHANGED MY JOB LAST MONTH AND NOW WORKING AS AN ACCOUNTANT IN A FIRM.
CAN I RE-APPLY AFTER 2-3 YRS BECAUSE THEY MUST NEED THE EXPERIENCE FOR AN ACCOUNTANT FOR 2-3 YRS.AFTER THAT TIME,MY POINTS WILL ALSO COME TO 67.
WILL IT MAKES ANY NEGATIVE IMPACT OF MY PREVIOUS REFUSAL.

It depends on whether your desired occupation will be on the priority list when you re-apply.
