| Subject: What is the best way to organize the application? |

I have read different ideas on how best to organize your application to make it easy to follow for the IO.
I have two trains of thought.
The first is to put the Application to Sponsor documents in one envelope. The PR application in another envelope and all of the supporting documents and pictures in a third envelope.
But I am also wondering if with the Application to Sponsor if I should put the answer to the questions (on a separate sheet of paper) right behind the sheet that asks the question. For example they ask for proof we will live in Canada, I would put the sheets showing the deed to my house in Canada and the mortgage arrangement I have with the bank there right behind the page where the question is asked.
I would then put all of the supporting documents for the PR application in a separate envelope labelled supporting documents.
Does this make sense? Opinions please.

I would do it in order of question. resist the temptation to put it in a binder - CIC hates binders. They may even throw them in the garbage. Perhaps label supporting documents according to question it answers. Just make it straight forward and simple as you can. Don´t drown them in paper but make your case as clearly and concisely as you can.

You have two required documentation Lists so put the forms in order. Any additional page list the form like;
IMM 5540
Sponsors Questionnaire
Question # 13
Then list more friends and family who have met her.
Attached the additional information by paper clip to the back of the IMM 5540 sponsors questionnaire form.
Now get on with it Magoo.
