Hey Guys, I need your help on this.
I sent my file under the FSW category 3 to the Buffalo, NY office on the 30th of March 2009. However on the 1st of April 2009, the cic website said that all the files should now be sent to the Canadian Intake Office in Nova Scotia. I tracked my file and my file was delivered to the Buffalo office on the 7th of April 2009.
What happens now? Will my file be returned or will they automatically transfer my file to the Buffalo Office. I did check the mailing address under the where to send my file on the 30th of March 2009 before sending the documents. The next day I was told that the procedure has changed.
I haven´t heard anything from them and neither have got any details. Please advise.
