I am engaged to a boy who´s family has applied for immigration to Canada in skilled worker category. If I marry him and apply for his spousal immigration, will this affect his family´s immigration process?

he can only be part of his family´s application if is is a dependant. His family will still be able to immigrate but your new spouse (and you) will not.

Thank you - Sharon for your reply. I am sorry I was not clear - I am a canadian citizen and can apply for him but since his and his family´s application is pending he is worried that if he applies via me his family´s application will suffer. But I am in a hurry as his family application is taking forever.
