Subject: How long it takes after submission?
I am a Bangladeshi expecting PR in Canada with my spouse and two children. I have AEO and canadian lawyer. They are going to submit it by this week in singapore. Can anybody tell me how long it takes for final result th?t i am OK or not...

depends when the application was submitted. If it went in before February 2008... Bill is correct. Could be even longer.

under the new rules (restricted NOC codes), my understanding is that they are promising a yes or no within a year. That is the goal. We have not actually seen it happen yet.

Hi I have applied canadian immigration on July 2008. Under new rules my occupation is on the mentioned 38 category list. In February 2009 I received a letter from canadian government to send all my supporting documents and relevant evidence in Singapore within 90 days time. After that I send all the documents to singapore by the end of April 2009.

Can anybody tell me how long it will take now, to get a decision? Or whether anybody receive PR under new rule?
