| Subject: Medical Exam Got delayed by more than 60 days |

Hi,
My medical exam for the PR application got delayed by more than 60 days, because I got my medical examination letter in my old address and it came there before my address actually got updated in the CIC files. And it was lying there for almost 3 months and now i have got that letter in my hand from the new tenant. Can i do the medical exam now. Will it be valid. Please let me know your view. Thanks.

Fax a letter to CIC explaining what happened and try to submit medical results as soon as possible.

CIC reviews the medical exam results every six months.
In my case, I couldn´t do the medical exams for certian reasons. CIC sent me a reminder after six months.
Do the medical exams ASAP. Tell the doctor to send the results in the fastest mail possibile (preferrably a courier like FedEx even on your expense).
Once done, write a letter and send it in the express mail informing the CIC that you have done the medical exams and photocopy the receipt of your physical exam fees.
