Sent application to Buffalo and received B # Jan 2004.
Oct. 2004 received a letter from Buffalo? they mentioned that I need an interview in LA and waiting for the interview date. I?ve an MS degree from US and 4 years experience in US.
History:
1998 applied from US and they rejected because of lack of experience.
Any suggestion?

CAIPs notes would let you know what they are concerned about. It would help you be totally prepared for your interview to satisfy their concerns.
