| Subject: No call for renewing expired medical documents |

Dear All,
I´ve been waiting for three years since I submitted my application for PR (Skilled worker) to Buffalo in June 2006. I attended the interview in August 2008, but no news after that. The strange thing is that our medicals expired in September 2008, but they didn´t ask us to renew the medicals. Is it normal? Does it mean that they are going to reject our application so they didn´t bother asking for renewing the medicals?
Any comments are appreciated,

I think that you should email / fax them asking about your status...sometimes they require a reminder to move forward as due to some perfectly genuine human error you file may have been overlooked or gone under. If it was a refusal they would have told you by now. So do not worry. I too had to do my medicals twice.
