I have a kind of strange case....
my case is I´m Iraqi ( from Iraq )and my wife is Belorussian ( from Belarus ) and My dream is to travel to Quebec and I am sure that We are qualified for the immigration but>>>>> I don´t know where to apply my document?????? in which office should I apply to immigration office in Austria or in Damascus ????

www.cic.gc.ca go there and you will get an idea of where to apply. If you are in Austria, apply there ! If in Damascus, then apply in Damascus !

Emeda, again, please know the facts first. ALL skilled worker applications are going to Sydney, Nova Scotia for intial screening under the new rules that have been in place for almost a year.
