Subject: Find Lawyer
A Lawyer according to Black´s Law Dictionary, is "a person learned in the law; as an attorney, counsel or solicitor, a person licensed to practice law. Law is the system of rules of conduct established by the sovereign government of a society to correct wrongs, maintain stability, and deliver justice. Working as a lawyer involves the practical application of abstract legal theories and knowledge to solve specific individualized problems, or to advance the interests of those who retain (i.e., hire) lawyers to perform legal services.

Your point is?????

Dictionary Definition leaves much out of its interpretation when it comes to IRPA & IRPR situations.

When it comes to making a decision on whether or not you need a representative consider the following.

Do not let a fancy name wow you!
Do not let a fancy Office wow you!
Be sure you know whom will actually handle your situation/case!
Find out how much experience the person has that will be handling your problem has.
Get references and ensure that they have been successful with other similar cases.

Ontario being the most populated province has several Law Schools teaching future Lawyers and none of them require one subject to be taught in Immigration Law.

(IF) you need a representative to assist you research their qualifications thoroughly before putting your hard earned money on the table. Not all Lawyers are quality representatives just because they are a Lawyer.

Individuals may meet Black Laws Dictionary definition of a Lawyer but "may lack knowledge to solve individual specific problems".

"Professional Negligence" in handling your case is not something that the Law Society of Upper Canada (ONTARIO) disciplines Lawyers for because that is a matter for the courts to interpret.

Let the Buyer BEWARE!!!!
