return of fee's

Subject: return of fee's

Hi can anyone tell me how long it take the office in nova scotia to return fee´s.

we applied but have been unsuccesful, they advised it would take a couple of week to return the fee´s.

it been about a month now is their any way of contacting them, do we write or just leave it a little longer
