How do I go about withdrawing my application. Long story short, I came to canada cause my husband couldn´t enter the states, now I just found out that he just used me to come for a vacation to see his kids, and has no intentions of staying and that he doesn´t even feel anything for me. I would like my refund if at all possible. My application arrived at Buffalo on March 16 2009

I don´t have the option to let him stay. He doesn´t want to stay, he doesn´t want PR. He doesn´t like it here and wants to go back to Mexico. We´ve been together for 8 years, I wasn´t just dupped, it just fell apart.

Immediately FAX Buffalo office giving them as much info as you can so they can stop processing your application and also let them know your following up the FAX with a letter. Ask them politely to: STOP PROCESSING your application for immigration to Canada. They will return all of your money and send you an order to vacate Canada right away; get your money and be gone... And play soap operas once you are in Mexico. Good luck.

Canada is the most wonderful place on earth. People are so different than Americans, they do not treat immigrants poorly, immigrants here are all in good job positions. Engineers, Doctors, Psychiatrist have found their dream jobs. Weather is incredible particuarly if you live in Vancouver( It is like the LA of Canada).

He should feel so lucky to have the opportunity to live in this wonderful country. I bet he will be just eating beans in Mexico. Maybe he is too negative.
Speak to any canadian on the street and you will see how friendly and happy they are. They will always say... it´s all good!!! It is all great!!!

Hi, I have applied for canadian immigration - 2 separate applications. One is family class and second one is skilled worker class. It´s more than 4 years now for my federal skill immigration application filed from islamabad pakistan.
Is there any way I can ask immigration office in canadian embessay to hold processing on one of my application and accept my priority call among these two applications?
