Hi,
My application for Immigration got rejected as i had not submitted my IELTS card since i had not taken up the exams, hence could not meet the required points.
Now that I have completed the IELTS and i´m meeting the required points (67)is it possible to reconsider my application?

No, it you are talking about processing fees... no, you will not get that back...
And under the new rules... CIC has said to process new applications within a year...

I applied in the fast track process . First i applied to novascotia to assess my 10 years of industrial technician profession and experience. They found that i fall under the most wanted occupation " industrial technician" in canada and approved my application be forwarded to london CHC for further process. I have submitted all papers so well, but finally my application got rejected saying my job duties dont match with the industrial technician code. Actually the industrial technician job would be quite similar internationally. I work for a reputed company for more than 10 years in the industrial technical cadre.
Firstly, Nova scotia approved and London rejected. i dont understand why is it approved by one and not the other.
Secondly can i apply to reconsider and look into my application in detail. We lost peace and dont know what to do.
