hello everyone ..i need an advice in this
i applied years ago for the canadian immigration ..and tell ya the truth i was starting to loose hope ...but eventally they called and stated that they are starting to procide ..
anyways ..at that time .i wasnt married ..and thank GOd i am married and have a lovely 8month year old girl now .....
the question is as follows
my wife was previously married and has a 4 year old girl ..
i know that it will be impossible for her father to agree for the little girl to come with us .. so unfortunatly she is gonna stay homee if everything goes on well
so ...do i apply for her in the application and state that she is not accompaning us ?? ( i mean pay the fees )
is she considered independant or dependant ?
and do i have to have a document that she is with her fahter ( coz that is impossible as well )
and how could i maintain her right for immigration oneday ..

include her but indicate she is not accompanying you to Canada.
Make sure you also update your application to include your wife and child.
