hello again ...my wife during her devorce battle with her exhusband was a bit bloody and he accused her with assult (cutting him with a nail clipper and causing a tear in tendons and stuff like that ) and she was in another city at that time ( with documents ) anyways ..they went to court and finally the court stated that she isnt guilty .
so should i mention this case in her application ..or because the court found her non guilty then no big deal ..
and if i should ....what are the papers required ?
thanks everyone

(in reply to: criminal offense but non guilty by court) So read the questions of the schedule one and think slowly.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_1e.pdf
From what you posted here she should answer NO to the first question.
She was never convicted or currently charged. She is not on trial, or party to a crime or offence, she is currently not subject of any criminal proceedings.
Got IT?
