Subject: PLEASE ADVISE
  Hi Sharon,

If one overstayed in the US on a tourist visa, worked illegally for 8 years and has been paying taxes. Thereafter if he were to marry a canadian citizen here in the US, can he give his interview in the US ? Is there a way around Regulation 11, considering he has been away from his home country for so long ?
