| Subject: New Skilled rules |
Hi, it says in the CIC website that one year as forign student will enable me to apply under the new rules ? is it means that any forgin student can apply after the first year ?
Also, If I am in Canada as Visitor, can I change my status to Student?

As I understand, you need to apply student visa outside Canada. I´m planning to go also in Canada. Problem is I´m not sure if part-time student (course) can be granted a student visa.

I don´t think you will qualify under the Canadian Experience Class if you study part-time or even full-time ESL.
