| Subject: Sponsoring wife and son |

Please advise me on sponsoring my wife and son. I have PR. My wife and me are Pakistani citizen and my son is US citizen. I have recently moved to canada as returing resident and my son and wife are staying with me as visitor. I work for a US company on H1b and my wife has H4. My questions are
1. Should I sponser them from Buffalo or Islamabad. I don´t want to do in-Canada because of all of the disadvantages I read on CIC.
2. If I apply from Islamabad, Can I get their medical done here in Canada because they are staying with me.
3. Would I have any issues extenting their stay while their case is pending outside.
