| Subject: when is RPRF paid |
If you are already living in Canada, when does the right of permanent residence fee have to paid during application for PR. Do you have to pay it at the same time you apply for PR, or can you wait until you are approved for permanent residence to pay those fees...

You can pay when you apply or your can pay when they request from you. That would be before they request your passport.
