I have a very funny feeling that the airport security dispatcher conveyed far more urgency than they needed to. Unfortunatly, that is what is required sometimes to get a call bumped up the priority list. I think it backfired this time. It is a terrible situation with a terrible outcome. There is no excuse for what happened there.
However,I am also going to suggest that Canada deserves a few kudos for questioning the behaviour of its police. There are lots of places in our world where this would have never caused a ripple of concern.
I wonder how many countries would hold Braiwood Inquires
