While I understand your anger, I wonder why can´t you direct your gun towards the lawmakers and the politicians. The man was asking a simple question. What he/she is palanning is LEGAL and allowed by Canada thu it sounds and looks unfair.
Canada for example has too many REALTORS. I am not sure if you have 1 Realtor for every 10 Population. It looks odd. Big number of them are dishonest. There is a unique law in Canada called (buyers beaware..or caviet ..something.) What the Reators do under this unique law is a criminal practice in UK and Europe. If you remember I posted here for an advice because I was forced to over stay my visa because I was trapped in a house (for investment). Later I found out I was scammed by the "buyer beaware". I found out that I basically bought a piece of land for the big money and the house has to be demolished )also under buyer beaware". I complained to The Realtor company and to his Real Estate Association but they protected him under the so called Privacy Act. I complained twice to Canada Real Estate Association CREA but they have been silent. hahahhaha..and he is still selling and scamming others under Canada´s funny LAWS. If I go to lawyers...LOL..dont tell me. Lawyers will force me to sell the rest of the house in order to pay their fees. Aren´t they (the lawyers) who facilitate the immigration scams!!!
Once I read your comment I will let you know how people are helped to abuse the immigration system and how they are helped by the Canadians.

You are totally right , Indeed I posted some things before here to Roy and Sharon and it was deleted ...I believe they are directing these things and I hope this topic wont be deleted too.

I stand by my comment. People who move here, try to sponsor their parents to get the freebee social coverage but want to live outside of Canada so they can earn big bucks make me furious. That was not the intent of the immigration system. That is why the plan will not work which is exactly what I said in my reply.
I have no idea what the rest of your post is about.

Vicky: he/she is not breaking the Canadian law. If the law is not up to your ambition and satisfaction, this is a defect in the law not in the immigrants. I am giving you the example of "buyer beaware" law, which is unfair and retarded but it does exist.

Anybody can do anything but they must comply with the Law.
Vicky got forced to overstay LOL Did someone tie you to a chair and take your passport. Sounds like you got greedy and got taken by one of your own kind!

If your a non-resident because you do not want to pay Canadian Tax you can not reap the benefit of sending your In Laws or your Parents to Canada to live of the avails of Canada. You have to meet the LICO at all stages of the process which thankfully in your case will take five plus years.
