I am sponsoring my husband to come to Canada from Sweden. I had emailed the Canadian High Commission to find out the status of my husband´s application. They emailed me back saying that the file is in action. What does it mean when they tell me that my husband´s file is in action??? Does that mean that the process is almost finished and that all that is left is to finalize the process??? My husband already had an interview and background checks are being done.
