I was unable to get an appointment for any of the US Consulates - Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec etc. so based on some web search decided to give the guys at nvarsappointment.com a chance. They claim that they can get you appointment for a fee. Thinking that maybe they know exactly when appointments are released, I send them all info. they asked for - passport #, vars ref. # etc. They were quick in replying to my questions before I sent the info. but have suddenly stopped replying to some basic questions I thought later.
I have not given them any money as they said that they will take money only after appointment is set so that´s ok but now I don´t know if they exist & are working to help me or not, This also puts me in a fix on - should I try on my own or not.
If anyone has direct experience with them pls. let me know. pls. give some details so I know its a genuine feedback.
Pls. also share your general advise in the context.

I just had horrible experience with www.NVARSappointment.com . They booked an appointment at US Embassy in Canada, but I had issue with my Canadian visa, so I told them this problem....they were not ready to listen anything....they were just iterating pay us our fees...pay us our fees...pay us our fees....I told them politely understanding that it is my fault.....but they are not ready to listen....According to them...NOT GETTING A CANADIAN VISA is ur personal problem...U have to pay us for the service...(they said all that with typical insulting tone). I was ready to pay their fees....but told them that I cannot go on the specified...The guy did not listen to me...while I was explaining he transferred the phone to a lady...She SAID" EY EY HELLO...LISTEN....U HAVE A PROBLEM WITH UNDERSTANDING" . They are not ready to work with me....just want money...if u ask them to reschedule..they will charge extra..I was really surprised with the tone....I disconnected the phone...they send me an e-mail that are going to take a legal action against me.....
The reason I am not going to pay them because of their behavior.
