hi, this means ur appl is about to be finalised. visa issue is in process and soon ur ppr will come. if u have sent pp , then ur pp will b back soon with visa stamped . cheers

it depends on the category applied. what is ur time line n which is ur CHC. if ur background check is cleared then shortly they will ask for ur pp.
