Very wide question.

Cost of immigration process is on CIC web site.

Cost of living depends, however not less than 1800 to 2000 a month

Jobs are hard and depends on your skills and specialities

besided the application fee and landing fee you should expect to need money for the following:

-photographs for application
-photocopies and notarizations of professional documents
-translation fees if required for documents
-International Language testing (perhaps travel to exam site)
-registered post/courier for documents to Canadian embassy (do not regular post)
-medical exam fees

all these costs are very dependent on your home country. I would plan for $1,000.

beyond that, CIC tells you that you must have $9500 to bring with you. That money is designed to look after you once you first arrive in Canada for 6 months. I would suggest it would keep you for maybe 4.
